  • BIEPPL undertakes Manufacture of transformers up to 25 MVA, 132 KV class.
  • BIEPPL undertakes Re-manufacture and service of transformers of any make and a range up to 150 MVA, 220 KV class.
  • BIEPPL undertakes Re-manufacture of dry type transformer and reactors up to 33 KV class.
  • BIEPPL offers routine test, type test and some special test after the completion of job.
  • BIEPPL has hands on experience to inspect failed / damaged transformers and ability to give quickly a rough cost estimate for taking immediate decision regarding Re-manufacture.

  • BIEPPL undertakes Conversion of transformers for MVA // KV // frequency// vector group // Impedance up to Rating 150 MVA, 220 KV class including MVA capacity enhancement by providing higher thermal grade insulating material and providing additional cooling [ONAF] / Oil Pump [OFAF].
  • BIEPPL undertakes Conversion of transformer from Off Circuit to On Load Tap Changer by providing OLTC.
  • BIEPPL undertakes servicing of OLTC of any make.
  • BIEPPL undertakes modification of the transformer from Bare terminals to XLPE cable box/bus duct and vice versa.
  • BIEPPL undertakes supply of transformer with Bus Duct matching, Existing foundation matching and any such suit-to-fit options.
